Why Use an Estimating Service?

This is what we do all day, every day, with years of experience. Let us provide your materials lists so you can get back to doing what you do best. If you are not a material estimator by trade, calculating and figuring materials may not necessarily be within your skill set.

What is your turn around or delivery time?

For most projects, once we have received payment, our delivery is between 7-10 business days. Occasionally larger or more complex projects may take 10-14 business days. We will always quote you an estimated timeframe before starting. If you have a rush project needed sooner than 6 days, let us know your bid date and we’ll try to accommodate, or add a small expedite fee to cover overtime costs with a guaranteed date.

What Estimating Software do you use?

We use Buildsoft CUBIT as it is a specialised estimating system with flexible functionality that allows us to estimate with greater accuracy.

How will you send the completed estimate?

As a standard our estimates are sent via email as a PDF file. We can also send you the file as a XLS, XLSX or CSV.

What are your payment methods?

Once a proposal has been accepted you will be issued an invoice via our accounting software.

You can pay the invoice by electronic funds transfer or online by credit or debit cards*
